FGSS provided Architectural-Engineering services for Armani & Associati’s Miami Headquarters. The project scope included the interior renovation of an existing 10,000 sf warehouse space to accommodate the bakery production and shipping spaces as well as the interior build-out of the support areas.

The functional program of the support areas included administrative offices, ADA accessible restrooms and changing areas, a Lobby area, and various storage spaces. FGSS Inc.’s standard of attention to detail was critical in ensuring the various specialty finishes, doors, hardware, and electrical requirements would meet or exceed the bakery’s requirements. The project was completed in 2012.
