FGSS served as Architectural-Engineering Consultant and as Design Criteria Professional for the expansion and remodeling of the Miami Regional Distribution Center. The project included adding approximately 12,000 sf of office space and the complete remodeling of 11,000 sf of existing office space. Also included in our A-E work was the addition of a separate incoming freight dock area, expansion of the aprons, and re-working of all parking areas. Construction of this portion of the project was completed in 1997 at a cost of $3 million.
