FGSS designed this residence for the historic “Founders” section of Coral Gables. The design incorporates early American / Colonial architectural influences, including a second story sitting porch, allowing the owners to interact with their neighbors passing by. This residence, located on the Riviera golf course, was situated on the site to maximize outward views toward the golf course. Also contributing to the magnificent view from the double height great room are large expanses of glass that peer between grand Colonial columns. Construction was completed in 2000.
