Cloisters On the Bay is an exclusive, private waterfront community, located in the heart of historic Coconut Grove. The project consists of 41 villas designed in the classic Mediterranean architectural style ranging from 4,500 to 5,500 sf. Not only was the project designed to maximize views of Biscayne Bay and Downtown Miami but was also designed to limit the environmental impact on the existing hardwood hammock preserve that surrounds the area. Each villa was designed with an entrance level, two levels of living space, and a private roof deck level. Ancillary structures include the monumental entrance feature, the recreation building, tennis courts, an ornamental connecting bridge, & various water features.
